My life experiences have shaped me as an intuitive healer. Your healing begins the moment we connect. Physical, spiritual and emotional pain maps to the body and the body keeps score. I can connect to states of dis-ease and transmute them. I believe in possibility. I believe in magic and the power of energy.
I was born to do this work.
I was drawn to acupuncture because I believe in treating the whole body. Medicine is an art; it is more than a physical-mechanical approach. Our life experiences, nutritional intake, and lifestyle all come to bear on our bodies. I learned this truth after witnessing my mother battle and ultimately succumb to cancer.
It was during my mom’s fight to live that I began exploring alternative medicine. When I was 8 years old, I began to pay close attention to what brought her relief. It was connecting, touching, and listening that eased her mind, body and spirit- so that is what I gave her. I massaged her pain riddled body and prayed that Divine energy would flow through me to her.
I am healer because of my mother and what her body and soul taught me. She was my forever gift. I honor her with my practice. I have always been heart connected to people facing cancer, pain, illness, and spiritual dysregulation.

Our bodies learn to adapt to pain. As we retrain the body- teach it to uncoil and release pain, we are also rewiring and expanding the brain to receive more abundance- a life free of pain. My job is to speak to the body so it will let it go of what doesn’t serve it.
Before your first appointment you will need to fill out paperwork online, pay for the first appointment and schedule a telemedicine initial consult (10-20 minutes). A telemedicine consult allows us to see each other face to face in the safest way possible during the COVID pandemic. We will be able to explore (mask free) your reasons for seeking out acupuncture and the wellness goals you have.
Beyond acupuncture, your “Balance and Restore” treatment can include moxa, cupping, gu asha, Tui Na, Craniosacral, and intuitive touch. Together we will break down pain, disrupt patterns that no longer serve you or your body, and restore your body’s ability to heal itself. Since this is only 60 minutes, this treatment is more suitable for a specific area that you want to address or for overall wellness.
Your “Heal and Transform” treatment moves beyond restoration- it brings your mind, body, and spirit back into alignment to experience deep healing and total transformation.
Your treatment includes everything from “Balance and Restore” and may employ NAET and NLP to help guide you in breaking down physical and emotional pain. We will work together to disrupt patterns that no longer serve you or your body.
